My foundation in the industry was built through nearly 10+ years of experience on the insurance claims side, complemented by 3+ years working under a licensed general contractor and restoration company. This dual-track background—spanning both estimating and actual construction—gives me an ability to understand both policy interpretation and the practical realities of structural damage/repairs.
I’m certified in Xactimate Levels 1 & 2 and hold a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) credential through IICRC. These skills allow me to produce accurate, defensible estimates and identify deficiencies in carrier assessments.
With a BBA in Business Management (summa cum laude), I bring structure, discipline, and analytical depth to each claim.
